Terms and conditions for the Instagram Giveaway

Terms and conditions. 

  1. Organizer of the Giveaway: HAVENS Paardenvoeders, Mgr. Geurtsstraat 41, 5823 AC Maashees, The Netherlands.
  2. Participation is free of charge and is not related to the purchase of goods or services. A cash payout of the prize, prize replacement, or transfer of the prize to another person is not possible. By participating in the giveaway, you agree to our terms and conditions.
  3. You are eligible to participate if you are a resident of Europe and submit an entry that is timely and correct according to the description of the contest. Employees of HAVENS are excluded from participation, as well as family members of HAVENS employees.
  4. The photos posted as part of this giveaway on our social media can be used by HAVENS for commercial purposes and on HAVENS websites.
  5. If you have any questions, comments, or complaints about this giveaway, you must contact HAVENS Horsefeed directly.
  6. The giveaway runs from 07-12-2024 to 14-12-2024.
  7. 5 winners will be selected at HAVENS' discretion and announced on 16-12-2024 via the Facebook page. If a winner does not respond to the announcement within 3 working days, HAVENS reserves the right to select a new winner, and the original winner will not be entitled to any compensation or reward. HAVENS will not enter into correspondence regarding the selection of winners.
  8. The prizes will be sent to the winners by mail. To do this, it is necessary for the winner to provide their address details. These details will not be shared with third parties. Once the prizes have been sent by mail, HAVENS is no longer responsible for any loss or damage to the products.
  9. HAVENS is not liable for any damage to the participant or winner resulting from participation in the giveaway, including but not limited to damage caused by being unable to participate in the giveaway, disqualification, or damage incurred while using the won products.
  10. HAVENS reserves the right to terminate, extend, and/or modify the giveaway, prizes, or these terms at any time, without the participant or winner being entitled to any compensation for any damage incurred.
  11. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility related to this giveaway.
  12. ​In all cases not covered by these terms, HAVENS will make the final decision.
