What are the main raw materials and components?

All HAVENS Horsefeeds are composed of exclusively vegetable and natural components. No animal proteins are used in the HAVENS factory for the production of feed, with only one exception for the milk powder which is used in the Opti-GROW foal cubes.

The main ingredients are cereals, such as white and black oats, barley, corn, wheat, speltwheat, but also bran, alfalfa, linseed meal, soya and soya oil.
Because we have our own purchasing department and our own laboratory, we can test the raw materials ourselves. Most of the cereals come from France and Germany and are delivered by ship.
